Nate has the biggest prep time with two eggs and two egg whites, apple juice and oatmeal as his carb source.
Cary has a quick carb focussed breakfast with packaged oatmeal and berries.
CJ has a quick mix of the protein and frozen berries.
All three make consistently good breakfast, lunch and dinner choices. All three are motivated to move forward. I think this contest will come down to minimizing regressions and maximizing the daily wins, with an eye to incremental improvement as none of the competitors will make massive transformational weight drops.
The most consistent, most disciplined person will come out on top.
