The legendary cheat meal.....everyone in the gym talks about it, and most abuse the concept, negating any progress they have made through sheer emotionally impulsive behaviour.  How do you actually make a "Cheat Meal" (Refuel) work in your favour from both a physiological and psychological standpoint to prevent downregulation of your metabolism, boost your progress and get all of the results you are willing to work towards.  In this fun episode, I share some of the tricks and tips I've used for well over a decade to stay lean and healthy all year long while continuing the process to my best body.
