CJ has taken prep to the next level with plenty of pre planning to make life easy. Fish and broccoli for dinner to keep things simple. We will share a video of his food prep to show the painstaking effort he goes to in preparation for the week ahead.
Nate mixed things up with a chicken stir fry plus his rice, measured out. Who said you couldn’t have the flavour AND keep your calories in check?
Cary, with the measured rice, the greens and some bbq chicken gives him an excellent blend of nutrients, calories and protein.
