UMFL Season Champion

Slow and steady wins the race.

Our season 3 champ came to me with a lot of bodyfat to lose. Kurt had very little background in strength conditioning. This was going to be a long term project:

- disciplined food plan

- light but progressive weight training.

- full accountability with reporting to me daily, sometimes 5-6 times per day.

100+ pounds later, Kurt became a pillar of fitness at 62 years old and a model for what’s possible.
