Which eating strategy is better?
Having tried seemingly every eating strategy imaginable, from eating small meals every 2 hrs to following a one meal a day program similar to Herschel Walker, here’s what I found:

A. COMPLIANCE to your plan, regardless of what plan you follow (as long as it is nutritionallly sound and meets your caloric, macro and micronutrient needs) is the single biggest determining factor of success.
B. You take a COMPREHENSIVE approach to your plan, with food, exercise, sleep, hydration, stress management and recovery all on the platform and in sync for achieving results.
