We extrapolated data from military agencies, national fitness standards as well as test scores from high level scholastic college sports athletes to come up with a "simple" test that you can determine your level of fitness almost anywhere.  In this episode, we share some of the nuances of the test, the norms, the standards, some challenges about the test and the value of it as a tool to measure progress.
